FAQ for Wild North Flowers
Do you offer flower deliveries?
All deliveries are made between 2:00pm and 7:00pm. We can guarantee your floral delivery to business addresses by 5:00pm. Our couriers operate under a strict delivery window and cannot guarantee an exact delivery time within that window.
If you require a special timed delivery (for example, must be there before 2:00pm), please get in touch via email (orders@wildnorthflowers.com) a minimum of 24 hours ahead of your scheduled delivery as an additional fee will apply for us to arrange a special courier for you. Requests left during the checkout process are not guaranteed.
How do I order wedding flowers?

Can I order event flowers from you?
Absolutely! You can go ahead and order directly from our A LA CARTE Event Flowers Collection. For larger or custom orders that require our designers to go on site, please email orders@wildnorthflowers.com with more info and inspiration images. Please note, we have a minimum spend of $2500 in order for our designers to go on site for event setup and installations.
Do you create custom designs and installations for events?
At this time, we only offer our A la Carte service for weddings and special events. Apart from this collection, we no longer accommodate any other flower requirements on a larger or different scale.
