Venue Capacities
The Library accommodates 200 guests for a banquet-style event and 250 for a reception. The Conservatory hosts 80 guests for a banquet and 150 for a reception. The Glass Pavilion + Gardens can hold 220 for a banquet and 300 for a reception. The Terrace is available for receptions with up to 200 guests. For larger events, the Entire Facility can accommodate up to 1500 guests.

Christmas at the Castle
Celebrate the holiday season at Casa Loma from December 5th, 2024, to January 4th, 2025. The castle will be beautifully decorated with a 20ft Christmas tree in the Great Hall and eight other stunning trees designed by Canadian artists.
Kids can visit Santa in his castle workshop, enjoy festive arts and crafts, and meet winter mascots.
- Admission: $45 per person (children 3 and under are free with a ticket-holding adult).
- Santa’s Hours: Daily from 10:30am to 4:30pm until December 24th.
You can also upgrade your experience with the Holiday Lights Tour starting at $25 (available after 5:30pm).
Tickets are date-specific and non-refundable, but exchanges are allowed for another date within the program. Note: The Holiday Lights tour is not included with the regular admission unless the upgrade is added.
Holiday Lights Tour
From December 5th, 2024, to January 4th, 2025, experience the magic of the season with Casa Loma’s stunning Holiday Lights Tour. Wander through the beautifully lit gardens and tunnels, designed as a self-guided walk with spectacular holiday decorations, outdoor lighting, and live performances.
Admission:
- December 5th – 17th: $45 online, $50 onsite
- December 18th – January 4th: $50 online, $55 onsite
- Children 3 and under are free with a ticket-holding adult (strollers not permitted).
Holiday Lights VIP Experience (Admits 2):

Santa’s Hours: 5:30pm – 10:00pm daily until December 24th.
Please note: This event is outdoors and includes about 2km of walking. It does not grant access to the inside of Casa Loma. The entrance is located at the southwest corner of the property (Davenport Rd. and Walmer Rd.).
